With doubts of none (get used to it! Ed.) this establishment is top ranked in travels of mine. The food? Wonderful, flavors exploding. The service? Fast, friendly, fastidious, flippin' great. The experience in aggregate? An easy semi-final win. Bishwa, the proprietor's brother I believe, provided star 6 in 5. He completed the already completed with a history of their family, their style of cuisine, their trek from Nepal to Longmont, their future expansion plans (AZ please?), and more. Roll curry, roll! You have my vote hands down, Indian Bites. Huzzah!
Their food is amazing every time. Flavors are always consistent. Spice level always consistent. We have tried dishes under most of the categories and they never disappoint. Staff is so kind and place is always clean and on time with pickup orders. We LOVE Indian Bites.
Attentive service and the best, most authentic Indian food. The naan is perfect, and the mango chicken is to die for! All in a cozy little neighborhood spot.
Look no further, this place is great! I have tried several Indian food spots North of Denver and they have all been pretty average. Indian Bites is by far the best spot I have found. So much flavor! Really great food, service was awesome, portions were perfect. I will for sure go back and will be telling my friends and family to stop in.
We went at lunch and service was good, but food was even better. We had two lunch specials--chicken Tikka masala and curry chicken. Go with the two on the spice.
